Vijay Balan leads Account Management, Media Operations and Global Technical Services for Facebook’s Publisher Advertising business. Prior to Facebook’s acquisition of LiveRail, Vijay served on the management team as Senior Vice President of Services and Operations. Vijay’s team focuses on maximizing publisher revenue on the LiveRail platform and ensuring the highest quality of service for all LiveRail customers. Prior to LiveRail, Vijay has held key client facing sales and operations positions throughout his career; significantly, he led the Publisher Yield Management Practice at Microsoft and served as Principal Consultant for Innoveer’s Advisory Practice in New York. Vijay holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
